The Process Composer is the place where business users doesn’t need hands-on or technical skills to start building their processes. As a Technical Architect, I, for one, very much like the composer which allows me to quickly build the form’s Business Rules and add business objects. The Process Composer can automatically handle (different, multiple or new?) versions of Processes, I need to take a snapshot and my version is maintained. One of the interesting ways of creating a web form is to use schema files. The web form preview feature allows me to view what my form looks like before the actual deployment. I can use REST services in my web forms to populate data from external systems. Validating tasks, conditions, business rules, processes are extremely helpful in creating correct and precise processes quickly and efficiently. Defining data flow and mapping data between processes has also never been so easier. You can configure Roles for your process on the fly and decide ”who can access what“. Additionally, you can create organization and map roles under the organization.

Authorized uses can access the instances that they are responsible for completing. The Tracking has a dynamic filter section where you can apply as many filters as you would like to find the exact instances that you are looking for. You can view the execution path of your running instances. For example, if I want to change the data input I can easily alter that and process the instance further. I personally like the comments feature because I can add as many comments for a task as I would like before forwarding it next level. There is no need to create a comment filed in the web form. Attachments are handled in an easy way and can be viewed or downloaded by users who are working on the assigned tasks.
In short, Oracle has introduced simple and easy way to use cloud platform for business users with zero-code knowledge.
